Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days before shipping out. Our team works hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, but processing time may vary depending on order volume.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed starting the following business day.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Vanguard Store does not control delivery timeframes once a package leaves our facility. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other third-party carriers, including delays due to weather, holidays, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control. No refunds, discounts, or compensation will be issued for carrier delays.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the details below.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date (not the purchase date).
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- A tracking number is required to process any return. Please complete our return/tracking form; returns without tracking information cannot be guaranteed or processed.
- Products must be returned in new and unused condition, in original packaging.
- Products with a custom logo are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
- Refunds cover the product price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or PayPal) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Vanguard Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any issues — including damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items — must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
